1. Everything is up to you. Nothing will change if you wait for things to change.
2. Don’t blame bad luck, accept luck as your ability and try your best.
3. Don't give up before you start and let opportunities pass you by.
4. Take action immediately. Nothing is more precious than time.
5. Don’t think negatively, think and develop through positivity.
6. Take the initiative and do things yourself, don’t wait for someone to do it for you.
7. Don’t make excuses for why you can’t do something, think about how you can do it.
8. If you want to make your point, fulfill your responsibilities and produce results.
9. Make flexible and balanced judgments.
10. Take on challenges without fear of failure. If you fail, share it and turn into know-how.
11. Don’t shift the blame onto others, don’t blame others unnecessarily, and don’t talk behind other peoples’ backs.
12. Scold those who are negligent without fear of being disliked for the sake of those who are making earnest efforts.
