Artwork Checklist
- ■ Resolution:
Ensure artwork is set to at least 150 DPI to 300 DPI at actual size. Low-res images from WhatsApp will print blurry. - ■ Color Mode:
All files must be saved in CMYK mode to avoid shifting colors. - ■ Bleed & Safe Zone:
Include a minimum 3mm bleed on all sides. Keep essential text/logos at least 5mm inside the cutting edge (Safe Zone). - ■ Outline Fonts:
Convert all text to curves/outlines (Create Outlines in AI) before exporting PDF to prevent missing fonts. - ■ File Format:
High-resolution PDF (Press Quality) or AI (Adobe Illustrator) files are strictly recommended. Embed all linked images. - ■ Board Thickness:

Board Mounting FAQs
- Is there a deadline for sending my file(s)?
- You can send your file(s) via email or our Web Upload System at any time convenient for you. However, if you are planning to visit a store near you, please click here for store operating hours.
- What kind of other processing services can ACCEA recommend in order for my mounted poster to last as long as possible?
- We recommend laminating your poster before mounting to ensure that it has a long life.
- Does ACCEA accept orders for irregularly sized board mountings?
- Definitely! However, we will charge based on standard size prices.
For example, if you need a 500mmx800mm sized document mounted, which is within A1 (594mmx841mm) size, we will charge you based on the price for A1 sized mounting.
We'll also cut to the desired size at no additional cost.
For irregular sizes (any size other than standard A1–A4), please place your order via the “File Upload” section on our website. - What's the largest poster size that ACCEA can mount?
- The largest size that ACCEA does for large format printing is A0.
- I have a poster at home that I want to mount. Can I bring it to ACCEA for processing?
- Unfortunately, at this time we are not accepting poster mounting orders for posters that are not printed with ACCEA. We seek your understanding in this matter.
